That website is banned in several countries and has been in and out of court with the governments of France and Sweden within the past 2 - 3 years.

That entire place is illegal.

Do not speak of it further.

I'm not finding a free version anywhere. Which heavily implies NOT free.

Thus it is pirating.

There is a free version on the official website. It has a handicapped e-mail to download system. The TPB upload is the same thing.

The game will be slow. It will take a bit longer to generate and load, but after it's generated and played once, then it's not as slow.
