is the processor a quad core? not familiar with amd processors. graphics card would probably be fine as long as you leave anti-aliasing off or on low (2x or 4x). arma 2 likes to spam motion blur, so you might need to turn off post processing; i play arma 2 without post processing, but just because it's so loving annoying (running on a gtx 460)

eeeh... i dont play arma 2 but from what i've seen its fairly simply graphics so i'll say yeah probably, but bf3 not likely. CPU isn't bad but the GTS 450 isn't so good.

the GPU is the bottleneck here, not the CPU. for hell's sakes it's not even a GTX, it's a GTS.

I don't know much about ARMA2 but it seems to me that bf3 is by far its graphical superior.

arma3 is going to be a lot more system heavy than bf3 simply because of the sheer size of the game.

the pc will be able to run either of the games, but whether it can run them on high is the question

it can run arma 2 but i dont think BF3, you might need a GTX 5## series
