It's more of a shame thing.

They dress it up to seem not so bad, but it's more like "Wow, you are handicapped."


This school actually has not had a single graduating class where everyone passed. Yet, the school is highly funded and well updated. We actually have a 1-acre central courtyard. The school is as modern as it gets, but people from all the middle schools are handicapped.

You get into honors for reading and writing at the average level, not above average.
