um, yeah it is. minecraft is at like 1 fps but youtube and the internet are working fine, server lag for sure.

Lag is from your internet connection, not your FPS. If your FPS is dropping to 1FPS, that's your computers problem. The server is running fine.

what the stuff, i work all day on a nice spawnpoint for tom, and then he kills me, fills it with mobs, steals my wood, and sets it on fire.
