I've been playing MW2 for a good 9 months and i only come across what you're describing at the most once a month. You're blowing this WAY out of proportion. Those knifing people don't bother me anyways, it's those Grenade Launcher + One Man Army people who I hate.

COD requires no skill, why are you complaining? If you get killed by a camper in some corner of the map then watch the killcam, see where he is and kill him. Also, Most people never even use bullet entry to their advantage. For example, I constantly get accused of being a wallhacker because idiots on Terminal run behind that wall in the small building connected to the glass hallway and I can just shoot the corner of the wall where they camp knowing I'll get a kill. Avoiding knifers with Marathon Pro is easy as forget. If you can't shoot someone within 3 seconds of running at you...well than it's your fault. If they're around the corner that's why you have grenades. Use them. Complaining about people with akimbo SMGs/G18s? Then why are you getting so damn close to them? They can't shoot medium/long range for stuff. I always use a SCAR with ACOG because a lot of people are inadequate at long range. And if you complain about getting killed by them since they camp around a corner than use grenades as I said earlier.

There are such things as Stingers and such. Only thing is that most people don't bother taking aerial vehicles because they are to focused on their own score and don't care about the team.

When I played the free weekend I did nothing but sneak around with an LMG (and I think an RPG too, can't remember if you can use them together in the same loadout) and just shot down killstreaks. I had about an 0.5 KDR but my team won almost every time and I still got plenty of XP.

Also the instant kill knife lunge is the dumbest mechanic to ever be added to any video game.

CoD is moreso an arcade FPS, in the sense of being completely unrealistic, such as going out alone and calling in a nuke.
Battlefield is leaning to the side of realism, such as you need to use your team, vehicles, and other tactics in order to achieve victory.

Even with most of the text in the original post being true, I still enjoy Modern Warfare 2. No offense, but you're probably not that good at it.
