The build is a level in which you accomplish tasks. You play the first level, then more are unlocked when you beat it.
It is not entered through a standard server architecture, it's like the tutorial.

We need some stuff done from the scripters first, so:

BLOCKSTAR: Please make a 'lives' script, with 3 lives, when they die with none, it clears checkpoints. Also use this to indicate how many lives they have.

UXIE: Please make a script similar to Health Pickups, but make it add score instead. Also please model a 1x1f brick, gold colored, and a 1x1 Round brick, gold as well, and use it for the model.

I'm pessimistic on the grounds that there's not a single mention of game design anywhere in the OP. You have directors, story writers, but no systems designers. You remembered everything except "fun".
