>questions my technological knowledge
>owns a mac and likes it

Posting a personal commentary about what I am writing is just avoiding the discussion. Maybe if you'll have the decency enough to talk to me properly I'll continue this.

I have owned Mac's and PC's for as long as I've used computers. I have no pre-determined loyalty to either.

If you'd stop being so naive about Apple technology and maybe consider the actual problems of both systems rather than just talk junk about software you so obviously don't understand, we might make some ground. For now you must not want to continue this with responses like that. So good night.

rather than just talk junk about software you so obviously don't understand,

weren't you just talking about overheating and stuff? how does software overheat lol

Oh I'm sorry, were you following the two discussions we were having? Because so far you've just posted some awkwardly foolish things, and I don't like people who add side comments to discussions they have no interest in contributing to. Go away, you aren't smart or funny.

My Compaq Presario CQ62 is my main computer and has been for 7 months.

Posting a response to you isn't discussion?

Enlighten me.

doubt it.

So far, all you've done to, "defend" apple computers is to say that the problems exist on computers running Windows too.
Again, this isn't Mac specific. The same can happen with PC devices or other electronics.
Which essentially means that you've said a mac is a computer with a different operating system that functions just as bad as Windows and costs over 3x more.

rather than just talk junk about software you so obviously don't understand, we might make some ground..
Up until the last few years, I've used nothing but macs. I have plenty of experience with that OS.

The solution you're offering is basically, "Do not talk bad of the operating system or I will disregard everything you say". Which no longer makes this a debate. You cannot retort in a debate with, "Shut up".

For now you must not want to continue this with responses like that. So good night.
Like what? I offered responses with sources and valid information backing them, and you've blanket insulted the majority of Microsoft Windows users. Hypocrisy I tell you!

doubt it.

Its the truth. Deal with it. Not everyone picks sides. You are just an aggressive, misinformed, bigoted person and as I said before I really can't have a conversation with you since you are unwilling to accept anything beyond your stubborn and wrong so called facts.

The only reason you'd defend a computer that I've pretty clearly and plainly proven is inferior is because you are loyal to the company.

In response to you claiming I have been acting stubborn, you've done exactly the same during this conversation. Furthermore, half of the time whenever I answer these, "Strings" of answers and questions that have been written in the last 30 minutes, you skip the ones that have actually proven things and answer easy targets.

Here's some examples:

-This post right now. You completely disregarded everything I wrote except for a two word phrase.

I would never go with apple anyways. I wouldn't even go with microsoft but it's better than linux.
what are you using now?  SunOS?

Also, seventhsandwich, what the forget?  You're trying to justify pissing over a thread because you like a certain brand of computer more than another.  Welp, time to set Windows to sleep mode then turn on the alarm function on my iPhone hurr durr.

It's a bit sad that Steve Jobs is stepping down, after everything he's done.  You can't disagree that he pretty much revolutionized computing.

nope, you just "like a certain brand of computer more than another"

it's your logic

I don't like macs.
One of the biggest things I hate about them is that they don't sell the os seperately.
If I ever really wanted to use a mac, which I don't foresee happening, I would have to buy  a whole computer, rather than just buying and installing the OS.

I also don't like other Apple products much ipods are fine but they aren't any better than any other mp3 player that I could get cheaper.

I am posting this on my iPhone. :3

like I havent been for the past two years

If Bill gates take over apple Ipod and Ipad users are going to pay for the internet.
