Author Topic: holy stuffstorm (Hurricane Irene)  (Read 24021 times)

my town:
Saturday Night: 100% chance of precipitation; Tropical Storm Warning (what the forget is this stuff it's supposed to be a hurricane); winds 25-30 mph around midnight
Sunday: 100% chance of precipitation; Tropical Storm Warning (^^^); winds 50-60 mph with gusts up to 70

I think my neighbors are evacuating. A lot of them. I just saw the guy next door putting three suitcases in his car, and every few minutes another car full of people drives by. They haven't started busing yet, but I don't thing they'll extend any to out here anyway.

I wonder why they're all leaving. :o
