BREAKING NEWS!

Hurricane Irene has caused some counties to drain reservoirs and other small sources of water to help prevent flooding. As the hurricane has not hit in some of these places it's caused local government to issue the following statement:

"Fellow citizens, due to the lack of water in some areas we issue the following advice; If it's yellow, let it mellow, if it's brown flush it down. Thank you"

Actually, a 9 year old kid died in virginia already when a tree blew down onto his apartment and killed him. (saw it on CNN) So don't joke around.
