Can someone make me a brick that's just the default 1x4x5 window frame? No glass, just the frame. Thanks in advance.

I think you could... Just edit the file with a modding program... But I can't.  I think this would be a pretty good Idea...

Err.. There is no single "Modding Program". This would also require a new model and a script to make it spawn with collision off.
