I got windows 7 on my desktop.

same. but i found that windows 7 IE doesnt glitch as much and is pretty reliable/fast, unlike other IE's ive used.

I still use firefox though.

Anyway bump for more crazy stuff. This time, I start the damn thing up and all of my stuff is still here, but my desktop was cleared off and the theme is set to Windows XP. My desktop background isn't even the default image, it's just black.
