Looking for a color set creator

I remember that there was one where you would make a picture with all the colors you wanted in the order you wanted and it would turn it into a color set. Anyone have a link to it?

I have a really stuffty version floating around, which was actually used for my colorset that I released (and updated).


I was working on a really good colorset editor at some point, but stopped. I should pick that up again. Busy busy busy!
