At the Iodinian Capital city of Shepeard, all is quiet. Birds chirp, people go about their buisness.
Suddenly a large metal slug traveling at supersonic speeds impacts the surface, shaking buildings to the ground and decimating all matter in the blast radius. The shot is succeded by a next one, then another, then another. Soon the entire capital is glassed. Tingolian frigates and carriers deploy all over other Iodinian cities, bombing them with railguns and warheads, until nothing is left. Many losses were encountered on the offensive side, however it was needed. The Republic of Iodine are no more.
