Rules for Biological weapons:

1: Bioweapons are classified on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the deadliest.
2: Vaccines for bioweapons cannot be made for 6 months until after they are deployed. Until then casualties have to be suffered.
3: Nations must state the delivery system of the bioweapon.
4: It does not however have to state when it plans to deploy them but must announce when it has been deployed.
5: It takes one year to develop a new strain after the bioweapon has been developed.

Bioweapon scale: 1- 200 casualties a month
2- 500 casualties a month
3- 1000 casualties a month
4- 1400 casualties a month
5- 2500 casualties a month


For a bioweapon to be developed, it takes 6 months for a level 1. An additional six months must be added to increase in scale.

These are the rules for bioweapon. Adhere to these rules or I will eat my sword sideways.
