By vehicles, you mean physics vehicles? I notice the flying ones have issues but  the jeep is just fine for me. In addition, I only have any decent glitch-through-walls success rate with the Magic Carpet (which is how I found hidden areas before learning about Admin Orb, I love that carpet.)

Hmm.. why didn't Badspot change to a new engine earlier on? He knew that downs and ups of it, and it works alright, but wouldn't it have been easier to get a better engine so problems wouldn't arise as often as they have?

It would be cool if Badspot added the concept from Lego Land with the "Build your Own Vehicle Out of Bricks" feature.

Um... People have tried this. It IS possible, but it would be real buggy and not worth the effort. Taking a BLB of a build and converting it to a model however would do you good.

the vehicle flat terrain thing is really crap as well, the flat detection is really annoying. it is like it has to be perfect.
the audio is also two sided. i can't play this game with headphones because the left/right channels just suck.

Doesn't T3D have better physics than TGE?
