If you look on the wiki it shows how much he has.  He is one of the bosses.  Still he is a tough little bitch.

I think it was like 10 lol.
I accidentaly found him and he was trying to murder me.
My reaction was to use all the fun weapons i had found to kill him, ended up murdering the friend with a fireaxe.

Police officer is one of the worst classes.
That -20% exp penalty is practically meaningless considering the stats you get

Whenever you guys are ready, we should meet at Dog's Stockade and maybe take trips to other places.  For now though being that i'm a low level (Level 10) I need to stay and loot nearby.

what's the point of the arena? also i made a soldier, my first run through of looting i got $150, a fire poker, a minici shotgun, 500 rounds of .32, around 350 rounds of 9mm, and dog biscuits :)
