Suspension of Steam account: Week 3..?

It's been almost 3 weeks since my account was suspended on Steam. I contacted Steam support August 9th. I contacted the bank on the 15th. It's been 22 days since then. I understand, I'm getting a bit impatient, I should be grateful they're even doing something. But I expected that my bank and Valve would have settled this by now.

But no.

I'm getting bored, and I've gotten so desperate, I'm embarrassed to say I emailed Gaben. But just one question.

What should I do?

I have a payment dispute. And because of this, they TOTALLY bar access to my account at all. It's really loving stupid.

Maybe I'm missing something, but go into SteamApps and run the .exe directly then.
