He was talking to Nit about it, i'm sure hes thinking about it.
And i guess it could be released, but if it was, it wouldn't be anytime soon.

Plenty of people have released .exe files on this forum, including me (twice).

Sure, you're told not to, but something like this I'm sure could be an exception.

It's not up to you to decide, and that would be a gigantic waste of effort if it was kept private.

It was mainly made for my server, and it took Plornt like a day or two.

If I was allowed to release IsoLand and another little something I made in Love2D you should probably be able to release this maybe with a virus scan and stuff.
