Also, it looks like sniper rifles are one hit kills no matter where you shoot. Is that true?

Nah. If you shoot anywhere close to the forehead, temple, or chest, it'll be a one hit kill.

If you aim for the leg, it'll be a critical hit, per se, but not fatal. Most likely, it'll leave the target with 35 to 10 health.

Well, the STG44 is just the weapon you have to use for heavy assault. I guess the people in the video have a class limit for heavy assault or something.

Any tips for shooting? Should I have to go prone or will crouching do? Seems like standing while shooting, and standing while shooting and moving really decreases accuracy.

Crouching increases accuracy but still has some recoil, and prone has barely any recoil and increases accuracy
