I don't know if you guys know this game, (since it was made in 1996) but it is basically a city building game where you have to attract tourists to get money. But the copy that i have has been really buggy, and things like the time stopping has been happening. No matter which copy of the game i download this type of thing happens, as well as new building designs not appearing in the list. If you know the game and know how to fix this, it would be very nice if you posted a solution for the problem.
