Pennsylvania, I used to live there, If you like lots of culture, Move to Pittsburgh. That city is amazin. It's a very nice city with an awesome skyline, Proof.
It also doesn't have a crapload of people, Ever since Steel was mainly produced elsewhere. Single Family Homes can be found very close to Downtown, as two rivers meet to make 3 separate land masses, Downtown is strictly in the middle.
