There's always the last resort of staying up through the night, but that isn't preferable since you will be tired as hell for the rest of the day.

I've found that if I truly have a sizable desire to wake up at a certain time it sets an internal alarm clock to that time in me, and I'll wake up at that time.

Otherwise, I don't really know what to tell you.

What's going on at 5:30 that you need to giet up for?

For a start, get off the loving computer and go to bed. Its no wonder you can't sleep if you can't put the keyboard down. Do want everyone else does and lay there until you do.

Sometimes I wake up, and fall a sleep again I start dreaming about my normal morning routines and don't even realise I'm am still sleeping.
