Because of the first trailer with the child turning into a zombie there was a bunch of friends crying about killing ZOMBIE PIXILATED CHILDREN in video games. The developer did say zombie children would be in the game in some way but now they removed it due to controversy. I find this complete bullstuff and how would you be upset for killing ZOMBIE PIXILATED CHILDREN!

I can't find any articles or information on any controversy following that other than their "your mom plays dead space 2" which didn't even draw a lot of controversy, but Dante's Inferno featured unbaptized baby demons and drew controversy from the nanny police or whatever.
