I'm sure we couldn't have this to the functionally and scale you'd want. You'd have to throw realism out the window 100% (and not 97% like most things in BL) to make it fast enough to be useful to hyperenergetic kids. Vehicles can't be walked on simply, it would be hell. The large ship we have that allows it is very broken in that respect.

I'm sure some people are familiar with the GSF air carrier. That vehicle is so huge it causes large amounts of lag, a titanic would probably do the same as well.
