The yacht TDM sounds all sorts of awesome if you do it right

We've decided to go with the Coast Guard v. Drug Lords TDM. The plan is to put two ships (a coast guard ship and a megayacht) facing opposite directions in a broadside formation a certain distance (probably 64 bricks) apart from each other. The two will be connected with two or three grapple lines, meaning that people can risk running across the narrow one-brick-wide line to get to the enemy ship, but they are completely exposed to fire while doing so. Each ship will have one interior room designated as a spawn area and will be manufactured in such a way that hostiles cannot enter it or fire into it. It will be a never-ending minigame where players can drop in and out of the server at anytime.

Are we doing it right?

Wow this is great!

Im starting on this yacht but am having trouble converting the feet/height/beam into bricks.
How do you do it?

I usually guess based off of images. Look for good reference objects like doors or chairs to gauge heights of ceilings and widths of other objects.

Love the ships on the server also!

Whos giant ship is that? I take that it is a massive yacht?

I thought it said "Re: Oceanco [OCNC] - DEAD!"

Phew!

Currently working on my application

Just a heads up, I'm building my app under the name "Thirtieth Spy" so if you join that server when it is up you can check out mine/thirtieth spy's application!

Wrong ones D: I'm looking for the 4x4 ones
the panel prints? those are the same as the 1x1s

I know this is 5 days old but I thought I could help anyways. I did a scale ratio and the about 6 studs= 1 meter and 1 stud=1 foot. These aren't exact measurements but they help me with my builds SO MUCH when i am trying to make things to scale.

i find 1 stud = 1 foot too small I do something like 1 stud = .75 feet except when it comes to the height then ill just do 7 - 10 high
