i find 1 stud = 1 foot too small I do something like 1 stud = .75 feet except when it comes to the height then ill just do 7 - 10 high

Well I don't really use feet because, yeah you're right, it's not as accurate but 1 stud:1 foot  is pretty exact when it comes to height though. 6studs = 1 meter is almost perfect every time.

I'm not sure about this, but if you're building a yacht, the pressure doors may be unnecessary. Just my opinion, great ship though!

I agree. You should use glass door and fancy it up.

Havent been working on it for a few days because Im getting frustrated. I might have to resize all the walls to make the 8 high inside instead of 7 because it allows for more interior wall designs. What are you guy's opinion?

I usually go with eight. But it'll really come down to what looks good from the outside. If eight-high floors makes the ship look too tall then go with seven.
