Do you know how LAGGY I am when it comes to 9000-30000 bricks? Thats why i suggested it!

btw my computer is 15 years old! it even had DOS on it one time!

You know how laggy it'd be to create such detailed, scaled interiors for the players?

Well actually, not sure how laggy it'd be, but most maps are quite simple and large scale so there isn't many polys. This sounds like a nightmare. :o

Its time to upgrade then. You would probably lag at 20 polys with a 15 year old computer.

blah blah blah im using a gif xalos made as my avatar blah blah blah

forget you. I've already explicitly stated I didn't want people using that as an avatar.

Interiors cause little to no lag. The only instance I can think of them lagging you be crashing a huge vehicle into them.

OT: Just build this. If you wanted to use the map correctly it would have to be aligned to the brick grid which would be ridiculously time consuming. OP is basically asking someone to make him one of the most complex maps possible for nothing.

No one makes maps so complex successfully. That's why most maps have a lot of room for building what you want.

Precisely. It's a win-win because detailed stuff is super hard, therefore relatively empty but wide open areas are the best interiors.

Hmm, Guess what I was on the REAL GSF Ghosts server.
And he said he MIGHT be making maps again
And you know how he did GSF Paradise with all the interiors and the building grids on the roof? I could ask HIM to build the map!

Go ahead. GSF Paradise took literally weeks of work from what I can tell. Making an interior for something that is easily built is improbable and more time consuming than actually building it.

You could exaggerate and compare that to "Oh ya? Well I was out by the alleyways, and this hobo said he'd give me that lewinsky free of charge!" So what if someone makes it, you'll still complain this and that isn't right and you'd want a better design you can't easily edit.

Working doors are impossible with the game engine, but JVS doors still exist.

Besides, it's only really laggy if your computer is made from 2000...

Working doors in what sense? Interiors, no, but we can make objects move. We could even make the door its own interior and spin it. JVS Content is just DTS models with a open/close animation. The point is setting up an entire map detailed and scaled to the player is a complex process which wouldn't be worth the complaints for wanting this or that different. With bricks, you can adjust it if there's problems. It'd also look better. And others can list much more.
