I know it doesn't follow the plot of the comic book. There were zombie children, zombie children died. You said you haven't seen any zombie children and then you go on to say you haven't watched the first or second episodes.

You didn't miss much, this entire season they've spent their time looking for a lost girl and there has been less than 3 zombie kills per episode.
