I just finished reading the compendium, volumes one through eight. Just wait until you read the next few volumes, there are a lot of reasons the show is going to be different from the comics.

My mom bought my Volumes two and three as well, but they have yet to arrive. I'm going to use my Barnes & Noble gift card to buy the rest. It seems like a really good series.
