So its been a week now sense I started a Steam Support ticket over a payment malfunction.

Why do these guys suck at customer support?

my friend sent one in almost two weeks ago, as far as I know they haven't replied yet and they have yet to unsuspend his account.

I had to wait three days once to get my account enabled, I guess it just depends on their traffic.

It's been almost a month since I had my account suspended. Nothing has happened, even after I contacted my bank.

steam support is slow as forget but at least they usually get back to you with a human employee instead of a bot like EA does.
