About the best pre-built computer you can get for that price range.

Holy stuff...

how is that possible

Honestly i was kind of looking for a laptop.

Well if you want to play games on high, this is what you want.

The reviews say it has a cheap ass fan.

There is another one that is only 10 dollars over 800

GeForce is Nvidia's main brand of consumer GPU's.

The only other brands are for workstations (non gaming use) and stuff.

So the second one is better?

Personally I prefer Intel/Nvidia computers.

So I'd stick with the second one, yeah.

Not really.
Whilst the 6870 is near equal to the GTX560, AMD video cards tend to work better with AMD CPUs, so the first one would mean marginally better performance.
Also, if you really want and need a laptop, I suggest this:

All fans are cheat ass, They're fans. I can buy like 4 high quality ones for £13.

If you're looking for a laptop, consider this:

http://asia.cnet.com/product/samsung-r580-core-i5-520m-processor-24ghz-4gb-ram-45180795.htm

This is the computer I have, an Intel i5 Processor with 4GB of RAM can handle Minecraft, Gmod and Blockland very well.
It also has a very sleek design and comes with a webcam and mic installed. The only complaint I have about it is that it's a fingerprint and dust magnet.
If it's not fast enough for you, you could always upgrade the parts.

Well... If you want to get the most out your budget, go with AMD.

But, if you want to go with nvidia or intel go ahead.

But I also do recommend desktop to game with. Laptops sometimes get to the uncomfortable point where it makes you aggravated.
