Item request: Waist Balloon

It would be a balloon tied to your Blockhead's waist, with the balloon behind his back. Pressing left click repeatedly would inflate it, and when fully inflated, it would automatically tie the balloon around your Blockhead's waist. Left click repeatedly to make your Blockhead flap its arms, making it hover and fly through the air. The balloon would burst if another player touches it. After it is burst, the player has to inflate it again.
