Suing is the pusillanimous individual way.
They won't learn stuff. It sounds like you live in a rich kid neighborhood, only their parents will suffer.
Plus I seriously doubt court will take school bullying that seriously. Unless it's been a chain of beating up, no.
My advice is to have a bunch of hefty friends around you. Don't wear baggy clothes, and don't provoke them.
If they provoke you first, made a witty remark and RUN THE forget OUT OF THERRREEEEEE
Then hide behind a bush or something and stealth around until you can get back with your buddies.

Same, These two kids both got suspended because they were "Fighting" but they were just throwing fake punches.
