Couple things here. In regards to the weapons, they're good but could be improved. Great for a start though. I also have to mention how bad hands are. As for the interior, it's pretty good. You should make sure to unify the textures on some parts of it, as well as add different textures in some parts. Also, make sure you are modelling it at the right scale.

1. Hands in back are in the wrong place. They should be gripping the gun like this guy's hands are in this photo

2.It looks like the guns were made out of shapes, not polygons.
