Played a bit.  Very nice, haven't played a lot enough though.

Bleh, it's alright, but the fact that you can't build new routes on the fly is pissing me off. I like building new routes, improving my old ones, using signals and complicated bridges and stuff.

Basically it's a transit management simulator game coupled in with city building I think.

It's incredibly hard to pull off multiplayer city simulation games.  OpenTTD was able to do this because it's incredibly simple and involves solely economy simulation with tidbits of building.  Games like this and the Simcity series are hard to pull off multiplayer because of how complex it is.
