My school has finally got the iPads running

My school FINALLY received their iPads, and have them working. I did a project on one for reading class and used a program that was almost like PowerPoint, and was amazed at how it worked. Then in Language Arts, our teacher played a game with us where we used a white board app called ShowMe, which was fun. They actually worked better than I expected.

My school made a smart choice for once!

to get it working and we can talk during that time :).

BTW, each iPad costed 500 USD. A MacBook costs about 1,000.

yeah. My school district seems to love barfing up money. Since all of the teachers got a MacBook Air this year for no reason, since their 2008 MacBooks were good enough.
