Most of the old games were fixed up for Windows XP, but you will have a REALLY hard time finding them.  Your best bet is eBay, that's how I got my copy of Lego Island 1 anyway.

Most of the time they'll work but they sold those "XP Compatible" versions just for rebranding.  Mainly just the later games like Lego Island 2 or whatever, nothing older.
