My laptop has a 2nd Gen i7 that turbo boosts to 2.9GHz (Quad-Core) when necessary. Got a Quad-Core Phenom in my main PC that's OC'd to roughly 2.7GHz. I might grab a room fan and just overclock it all the way to 3.4GHz just to see what happens.
