Can anybody help me make a sorta vehicle/thing where the player can do everything normal except underwater without floating.

well, I'm not sure that's possible without really heavy modding.  why not give the water different properties instead?

i know astro did an underwater, no-float map.

I believe you can just make a new player datablock and increase the density.
