Heetai Con Concept

Below is a VERY rough sketch of the OCS Heetai Con, the primary refueling vessel for the Oceanco fleet. All members are welcome to help; we will need as many people as we can get!

For the record, Heetai Con is pronounced [HE-tay-kawn]. Also, no, Heetai Con does not mean anything, not do the symbols above it (as far as I know). I just made them up in my head so if they actually mean something, that was some damn good guessing on my part.

Lastly, this concept only shows what you would see above the water, nothing below.
