I see a lot of people have Counter Strike: Source on Steam, yet they do not play AT ALL (0.03% of the time). But, they just let it sit in their games list like it's a collectable.
SO, if you may be one of these people, I'm trying to get a copy of Counter Strike: Source, but my parents don't want to buy it for me. I'm quite impatient to wait for Christmas, I'm pretty sure you guys are too for your games 'n such.

You can't give someone an installed game.

Also CSS is needed for 99% of the mods for Gmod.

You do realize that games that are bought and bound to a user's steam are non transferrable correct? I don't you're the one who understands, therefore you are an idiot.
