Yes, but the combat is horrendous.

I have a few questions actually:

1. Is it decently long gameplay?

No elder scrolls games have multiplayer, except ESO (MMO) coming out.

Both have decently very long and fun gameplay. Personally Oblivion was more fun in terms of gameplay. But Morrowind has a great atmosphere.

morrowind is super cheap
oblivion should be as well

and thats for the game of the year editions so you get all the expansions and stuff

Morrowind is my favorite game of all time.
With enough graphical mods you can make it look better than skyrim
Mods can fix any problem really
