You can either sell them for a crap-tonne of gold or make them into dragonbone weapons and dragonscale armor. I prefer the former method so I can buy my armor.
Is there someone who can do this, or do I have to start lvling my armorer skill?

Is Markarth really laggy for anyone else? Lowest possible settings, I get like 18fps running around that town. Everywhere else runs fine on medium-high.

My first choice would be to go to every blacksmith in Skyrim and see if any of them will smith it for you, but the highest perk in the Smithing skill allows you to smith with dragon scales and bones.

And also, weapons cannot be made of dragon bone or scale. Dragon bone(called "Dragonplate") makes for heavy armor a step below Daedric in defense, and dragon scale makes for the toughest light armor in game.

Hmm, ok.

To level in Smithing to 100 very quickly, simply go to every smith and buy all iron ingots and leather strips(or, more economically, every leather bolt and make your own strips) and craft iron daggers over and over again.

Short draw distances?
I'm on Ps3 and my draw distances are pretty good e.e

You really feel like a badass when you eat raw elephant trunks for dinner.

Are those Orcish arrows?
I really like that sling, I rarely go into 3rd person so I wouldn't know what it looks like

Yeah they are. I've been using them for quite some time now but now I think I'm going to switch to Glass arrows.

I always go into 3rd Person when I'm traveling. But I'm always in first for combat.

Also, I found 2 male companions for those who care (3 counting the one elf in Riverwood)
The others are in Markarth, in the Silver blood inn (At least where I found em). Vorstag is mah buddy.

Lidya is staying in my house :D

Lidya should stay in your kitchen.

I know nothing about Skyrim, so if Lidya isn't a girl then sorry. :D
