And one that changes E and R for containers so it's the same as your inventory.

Inventory: E = Equip, R = Drop
Chest: E = Take, R = Take all

Because I thought that I could make some sort of fist-fighting ninja in Oblivion, only to find that Hand-to-Hand is stuff

the only hand to hand stuff that I know of is the perk in heavy armor, Fists of Steel, and the enchantments that make unarmed attacks do x more damage and one that makes them do x% more damage
