IMO the console controls feel better.
Plus DLC 30 days earlier.
#swag

I can't play first person games with a controller.

It's not 30 days earlier if other people get it 30 days earlier as well.
Face it, Todd Howard likes the Xbox.

Coming in a bit late on the topic of lockpicks...
I carry ~4000 since I'm a talentless bastard who is a slave to auto-attempt.
Only when I get the Skeleton Key do I actually try. Ironic, yes?

Im the same way.

Security is always one of major skills. I like it that much.

I generally prefer stealthy/agile type characters (i.e. Argonian). Sneaking around and picking enemies off with a bow is much more interesting than running around with a sword, axe, or hammer. In fact, I'm only level 14 on my current save, but both my agility and speed are above 100 whereas my strength and endurance are below 50.

Eh, I'm usually that kind of guy, but with a blade.
Sneaking around and slicing people's necks off is also quite fun!

I like Khajiit the best. I had a Khajiit and I stole a lot of stuff/finished the dark brotherhood early on.

If it ain't fixed, don't broke it.
