having mods to make the game look good while on low quality defeats having the game on low quality.

Oblivion needs more of "The Lusty Argonian Maid."

I've gotten the perk to pickpocket equipped weapons. Like 28 more levels to pickpocketing everything. I'm just going around Riverwood and Whiterun pickpocketing everything possible, and then dumping it.

Noticed this as I was going up the stairs to Bleak Falls Barrow... Randomly floating, no-collision weapons (Sword and Battleaxe). Must have bugged from last time I was here, and quicktraveled back since I didn't go to Whiterun yet.

Just want to be sure: UESP says that wardrobes are always safe. So does that mean a guy who robs my house can't steal from a wardrobe? Because if so, it's time to store all my stuff in my new Whiterun house...

Also, how do you upgrade your houses? Someone said mods before i think, which I'm not sure I believe now since UESP lists prices for fully upgrading them. But that guy in the bathrobe in Dragonsreach doesn't give me options to so...
