What notch did wrong was failing to clarify who was filing the lawsuit. In his blog posts he says, "Bethesda are suing us" which lead a LOT of people to believe that those who were developing Skryim were total starfishs.

the way I usually kill them is to use unrelenting force on them whenever you can so you actually have a slight chance to attack without getting slaughtered by a fireball
even as a breton, their spells hurt like stuff
but I like to get up close and personal with them any loving thing I see

Since (during the main quest) you go to "heaven" using The Elder Scroll, doesn't that mean all the Sithis and The Void crap the Dark Brotherhood believes in isn't real?
