I saw a kind of vampire drain being performed in the trailer by a vampire lord. Perhaps that will be like the werewolf's maul, occurring seemingly at random?

Yesterday I started a new character with a lot of mods. I used the alternate start mod and ended up meeting a frost troll before I was even level 2. It was hard until I used fire magic, which isn't something my character uses.
