Yeah, talk to an inn keeper and ask for rumors, he will give you a quest to talk to a boy about something. Finish it and wait for the note, then sleep in an inn.

100x better than Oblivion as I can actually play this game for more than an hour without getting bored. Plus I actually get scared when things happen to me, like in the beginning when youre in the cave thing and theres traps and stuff.

Ugh, Ustengrav. That area with the stones opening gates that stay open for a split second. I've been trying and failing for an hour to get through, and UESP offers nothing. Help an incompetent fool.
