A comment on one video says they heard it was a bug the developers decided not to fix for the sake of how funny it is or something. Doesn't sound very reliable, but then again how do you explain how a Giant can launch you so far? I don't think they could naturally. D: Far, but not that far.
It's also a game where there are giants and trolls and elves and dragons and lizardmen and talking cats and etc etc etc
People get nit picky about realism in video games that aren't realistic.

I bet giants play golf with humans.

I pickpocketed a beggar.
I found a ring worth more than 100 gold.
I've been giving my money to her for the longest time.

I pickpocketed one beggar too, He had 219coins!

Littledude, even a game has it's own implied logic. Stories have their own logic given. Imagine if a child were told that in The Three Little Pigs, the wolf blew fire instead of simply blowing their houses down. Sure, it's a story and at that point it isn't completely following real world logic, but it has it's own logic and breathing fire is a drastic change from it. Skyrim has it's own logic, and the extreme of a giant throwing the player miles into the air seems to defy it. Do you understand?

The above trope is about the only way to explain the Giant's launching ability.

You can also cover people in watermelons and they do nothing. It's a Lord Tony argument lol.

Something forgeted up and pages stopped loading, so I couldn't edit it in time. That's listed on Skyrim's trope page.

there's a not as cool looking as I had hoped picture of my character.

Quote from: UESPWiki
There is a skeleton lying dead on a stone tablet on a mountain slightly south of Sightless Pit. Kill him and you can repeatedly loot his Doors to Oblivion book. Simply loot him, exit inventory and loot again. Sell them for a quick way to get 'infinite' money. The body will never disappear. DO NOT pick up the book lying on the tablet as it will no longer work.
... :D

Are we sure Giant launching is not a bug? I can understand them launching you a reasonable distance, lots of force, but that video is a just plain ridiculous example. Is it really intended for them to bounce your corpse off the ground, miles into the air?

Edit: A bunch of videos do call it a bug. Although that's the Giant's main attack, don't see how the developers missed it. Any Play as Giant mods out there?

It's a bug that occurs when you disable vsync. The physics engine is designed for 60fps. Any higher causes bugs.

Wow, wasn't expecting that. Should have, but I wasn't.

Here's a less awkward picture of my character
